Electronic Communication Procedures

Document Explanation: The Adjoining Property Owner’s Agreement outlines the rights and responsibilities between neighboring property owners, typically requiring cooperation and consent when work, improvements, or use of one property may impact a shared boundary or adjacent land. It helps prevent disputes by clearly defining boundaries, access, maintenance, and liability expectations between adjoining homeowners.
