Thom Rome – Thom joined the Board in March 2019, volunteering to serve and selected by the existing Board to fill one of the vacant Director at Large positions. Thom and his wife Dorothy moved into the neighborhood in late 2018. My education started in 1970 when I graduated from USMCRD in Parris Island where I majored in discipline, respect, and honor. I further advance my education at Jones College, where I received my BS in accounting. My MBA was award from Golden Gate Extension (Berkley) in San Francisco Ca. I earned MS-IT was award from Columbus State University in Columbus Ga. I have been working in the IT industry since 1990, in both NCR and IBM main-frame and the distributed platform environments. My background is extensive and revolves around programming , risk management, contingent planning, emergency planning, budgeting and evacuation preparedness. Prior to retiring I had to write a contingency plan on returning to working in the COVID environment. My interest is to continue to assure that all common areas and amenities are properly maintained, to assure quality of life for all residents.

Amber Randhawa – Amber grew up in neighboring Paulding county. I have a history degree from UGA and have spend 20+ years working in risk a management and due diligence first for LexisNexis and currently for PricewaterhouseCoopers. My husband and I moved into Echo Mill in 2019. Because of our dogs, elementary age kids and active life style we take advantage of and enjoy many of Echo Mill amenities, so I feel it is important that I do my part to continue to make this community fun, friendly and safe for all our residents from young to teens to busy working adults to retirees.

Robin JonesRobin Jones has been a resident of Echo Mill for 26 years and is excited in her role as a first year Homeowner’s Association Board member.   Her background includes foodservice distribution and ERP training and implementation.  She is excited to work with the Echo Mill community and HOA Board Members.  She and her husband, Frank have one son, and enjoy attending jazz concerts and traveling.

Mark MorrisMark Morris has been a resident of Echo Mill for 25 years and brings his experience to the Homeowner’s Association Board of Directors, having served twice before. Additionally, he is the Echo Mill Tennis Coordinator. Mark has an extensive background in human resources, recruiting, and training. He and his wife, Shannon, recently celebrated their 35th wedding anniversary. Their son, Chase, is a teacher and tennis coach at Hillgrove High School. Mark is proud to serve Echo Mill and its residents.

Tomica YoungHi! I’ve been a Georgia resident since 1998, and in 2020, my husband Reginal and I, along with our children Kyan and Karis, moved to Echo Mill. With an M.B.A. in Marketing from Mercer University and a B.A. in Psychology from The University of Michigan-Ann Arbor, I bring over 25 years of marketing experience to our board, currently working for Optum.

I’m passionate about promoting inclusivity and ensuring that everyone feels heard and respected. As a board member, my goal is to be the change I want to see, balancing the importance of maintaining high property values and mitigating risks with the need for common-sense neighbor relations. I aim to build an authentic sense of community where interactions are genuine and every voice is valued.

Looking forward to working together to make Echo Mill an even better place to live.
