EM BOD signs new 3 year contract with Waste Management - effective 6/2008
Please be advised that the Echo Mill HOA BOD has signed a new 3 year contract with Waste Management for trash pick-up services for every resident at the rate of $45 per quarter or $15 per month which now includes recycling services at no additional charge. There will also be no added fuel or other surcharges added for the duration of the contract. Service with Waste Management is mandatory and trash pick up day is every Thursday (except when there is a holiday and trash pick up is delayed one day). Please open up the list of recyclable materials link above.

SOLUTIONS FOR COMPLYING WITH ECHO MILL NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION Protective Covenants & Restrictions and Neighborhood – Architectural Design Standards – Section Z – Trash Cans – Trash cans may be placed at the curb for pick-up no sooner than 12 hours before pick-up and must be removed no later than 12 hours after pick up. All cans must be kept out of sight from the street and neighboring properties and should be placed in garages, rear yards or behind approved screening from front and side yards.
