Echo Mill Association Dues
The annual assessment for Echo Mill is currently $520.00 – The 1st installment of $260.00 is due on 1/1/10 and the 2nd installment of $260 is due on 7/1/10. A thirty day grace period after the due dates is given before a late fee is assessed.
