Architectural Review Committee (ARC)

The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) is a permanent committee of the Echo Mill Homeowners’ Association. Its primary functions are to monitor compliance with the neighborhood Covenants and Architectural Design Standards, and to evaluate and approve residents' requests for exterior property modifications. The ultimate goal of the ARC is to maintain community-wide standards and the property values of the homes in Echo Mill. It is important for homeowners to check with the county for any set back requirements, possible undisturbed buffer zones, or other county codes or requirements prior to starting your approved exterior modification.
